A policy primer to launch a research agenda on some of the most important issues of our time
This is a topic I am currently leading a research agenda on at the Institute of International Trade at the University of Adelaide. It is of course a very interesting topic, but it does also tend to attract a lot of vitriol, together with a lot of attention. I’m happy for the attention, but I would prefer to live in a world without vitriol.
This is one of several outputs to emerge under this research agenda, and represents the first articulation by me of my thoughts on the interactions between these three policy areas, written predominantly while Adelaide was in economic lockdown thanks to COVID-19.
